Upskilling staff refers to the process of providing employees with additional training and development opportunities to acquire new skills, knowledge, and competencies.
This has worked especially well with employees we’ve taken on who are working parents/carers and have previously taken jobs with hours to work around school hours etc with no growth within. With us they now have the opportunity to train for level 3+ qualification and earn increased earnings, as well as working the hours to suit them.

We have a F1 Stock Car team made up of Ash and some of the UKT&P employees, they are out most weekends racing all over the country.
